Rigorous 5-Step Quality Assurance Routine

Every production lot manufactured at our Giridih facility undergoes scheduled destructive and non-destructive laboratory testing.

1. 2× Burst Pressure Test
Column pipes are subjected to double the rated hydrostatic burst pressure to guarantee zero failure under deep borewell pump vibration and water-hammer shock.

2. Falling Weight Impact Resistance
Verified through standard striker drop test at 0°C to guarantee pipes do not crack or fracture during rough transport or rugged site installation.

3. Tensile Strength & Elongation
Specimens tested on universal testing machines to ensure minimum tensile yield strength exceeds 45 MPa with high elastic recovery.

4. Heat Reversion & Dimensional Accuracy
Wall thickness, outside diameter, and socket concentricity measured via digital verniers to ensure airtight zero-leak jointing.

5. 100% Virgin Food-Grade Polymer
Manufactured with lead-free compounds and virgin polymers ensuring drinking water remains pure, odorless, and completely non-toxic.

6. Swiss Bühler Standard in Rice
Our agricultural division operates on world-class Bühler Swiss optical color sorting and automated milling, delivering zero-broken grain purity.
